Andrew Pearsons, Owner/Operator
Andrew began his landscaping career in the Summer of 2011. The business quickly picked up and now a decade later, his love for the outdoors and extensive skillset helps him serve his clients year-round with any request they may have. His hard work ethic has earned trust in the community to deliver everything from snow removal, firewood, property management, to miscellaneous projects.
Kyle Pearsons, Full-Time Operator
Kyle works with Andrew full time throughout the entire year. You will likely see him on the lawnmower in the summer or plowing through Vermont’s hard winters. His favorite part of the job is cutting firewood during down-time in the winter, preparing it to be sold to clients in the summer and fall months. Kyle’s work ethic, reliability, and sense of humor help him deliver quality services to clients while also keeping things fun while working with the rest of the team.
Zach Pearsons, Part-Time Operator
Zach, the youngest of the Pearsons brothers, started working for the family business after graduating from high school in 2016. He works during the busiest seasons, likely helping with summer gardens, fall cleanups, or shoveling in the winter. He is passionate about wildlife and photography, so being outside while working part-time is the perfect fit for him.

Meet the Family: Karen & Dave
Karen & Dave are the parents behind the AP Landscaping Team. Without them, the company would not be possible.
Dave inspired his sons from a young age to spend time outdoors and was the person who originally introduced Andrew to landscaping.
Karen is the brains behind the operations, handling everything from bookkeeping to customer service. Karen is the go-to for questions about billing and any other business-related tasks.
Rocky, AP Landscaping Mascot
Rocky loves helping the boys with firewood and other projects where he can be outside while they work. He’s very friendly and loves meeting new humans and dogs so if you ever see him, be sure to say hi!
